Will this plan cover a deep cleaning?
Your membership includes two routine cleanings annually. In the event that a deep cleaning is required, it will be classified as a treatment procedure and will be 15% off.
When does this plan go into effect?
Once you enroll in our membership plan and make the initial payment, it goes into effect immediately. You can start benefiting from the plan’s offerings right away.
If I cancel, will I receive a refund?
